Rules on the performance of the "Braun Swap"

 

Art. 1. Organizers and official rules of the advertizing campaign

(1) The „Braun Swap” promotional campaign, further referred to as the “Campaign”, shall be organized and performed by Parida EOOD, UCN 7504196865, with company seat and registered address at 44 “Yavorov” blvd., Sofia, identity number BG 175314521 , BULSTAT 175314521 (further referred to as the “Organizer”). The promotion is organized in the name of Procter& Gamble.

(2) The participants in the promotional campaign are required to comply with these official rules of the campaign (further referred to as the “Official Rules”).

(3) The Official Rules shall be freely available to any interested party during the period of promotion on the following web site: www.pgbalkans.com.

(4) The Organizer retains the right to supplement or change the official rules. Supplements and/or changes shall be publicly announced in advance by the means referred to in Art. 1, (3).


Art. 2. Place of performance, logistics and period of the campaign

(1) The campaign shall be organized and performed on the teritorry of Bulgaria at Zora, Aspiel, Densi, Piccadilly, Interservice Uzunov, Tehnopolis, Tehnomarket, Ivan Enev, Carrefour, Metro commercial stores. The details of the mechanics are described in art. 4.

(2) The campaign begins on the 01th March 2010 and ends on the 30th April 2010, before these date in case the gifts finished. In these situation the Organizer decides to shorten/extend the campaign that shall be announced publicly by the means mentioned in art. 1, (3).

(3) After the campaign is finished, the Organizer shall bear no responsibility or any further liability concerning any circumstances that may mislead a consumer to believe that the campaign is still running.


Art. 3. Participation right

(1) In the campaign may participate any Bulgarian citizen.


Art. 4. Campaign mechanism

(1) The campaign is valid only in the period mentioned in art 2 (2)

(2) Each customer may participate in the campaign by bringing an old device Braun when buying a new Braun product and in this way the customer get get the discount of the price near 20%.


Art. 5. Ending of the campaign before the official final term

(1) The campaign may be ended before the official final term in the presence of force mejeure circumstances.

(2) The ending of the campaign before the official final terms shall be officially announces by the means provided for in art. 1, (3).


Art. 6. Court disputes and applicable law

(1) Disputes that may eventually arise between the Organizer, on one side, and a Participant, on the other side, shall be settled by mutual agreement. If that proves impossible, the disputes shall be resolved by a Bulgarian court in accordance with the applicable law.

(2) In the above cases the Bulgarian law shall apply.


Art. 7. Responsibilities

(1) The Organizer may end the Campaign before the previously announced date (30.04.2010). In such circumstances, the Organizer shall inform the client and shall explain adequately the reasons for the premature ending of the campaign. The participants will be able to bring the old Braun products and get the new Braun products only until the date announced by the Organizer.
