Official Regulation of the
“Lenor Active Fresh” Campaign

Art. 1 The Organisers and the Official Regulation of the Advertising Campaign

(1) The promotional campaign “Lenor Active Fresh” hereinafter referred to as “The Campaign” is organised and conducted by Grey Bulgaria, with ID No 121783198, headquarters in 23 Mizia Str., 2 nd fl., 1124, Sofia, Bulgaria, represented by Authorised Director, Dan Paul Medrea, as Administrator, hereinafter referred to as “The Organiser”. The campaign is developed in the name and on behalf of Procter & Gamble.

(2) The participants taking part in the Promotional Campaign are bound to respect the terms and conditions of this official Regulation of the Campaign (hereinafter referred to as „the official Regulation”).


(3) The official Regulation is available for free to any person interested, at any time during the Campaign; the Regulation is posted on the following website: ( www.pgbalkans.com )

(4) The Organiser reserves the right to complete and/ or modify the official Regulation; the completion and/ or modifications of the Regulation shall be made public in advance through the means specified in art. 1, paragraph (3).

Art. 2 The Territory, Logistics and Duration of the Campaign

(1) The campaign is organised and takes place on the territory of Bulgaria .

(2) The Campaign shall be launched on July 1 st 2008 and shall end on July 30 st 2008. Should the Organiser decide to shorten/ extend this campaign, this shall be made public in advance through the means specified in Art. 1.3.

(3) The participation in the Campaign by sending a SMS message as described in Art. 5 below, can take place only between 1 st of July 2008 and 30 th of July 2008. Any SMS messages sent before 1 st of July 2008 or after 30 th of July 2008 will not be taken into consideration.

(4) After the end date of the Campaign, the Organiser shall have no responsibility and shall assume no further obligation regarding any circumstance which could eventually lead the customers to the conclusion that the Campaign is still continuing and is actual.

Art. 3 Participating Right

(1) Any physical person who is at least 18 years of age may take part in this Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) who: during the period stipulated in art. 2, paragraph 2 have sent a SMS message with the right answer to a short number 1917, the price of the SMS being 0,30 BGN , including VAT, for all mobile operators (Vivatel, Mtel and Globul). The employees of the Organizer, of the involved agencies or of the Organizer distributors and also their families (children, parents, brothers/ sisters and husband/ wife) are not allowed to participate at the Campaign.

(2) By taking part in the Campaign, the Participants confirm that they know the stipulations of the Regulation and they agree with them, the participation at the Campaign committing them to respect the present Regulation.

Art. 4 The Mechanism of the Campaign

(1) In order to take part in this programme, the participants should find the number of differences between the two pictures shown in image - and send the right answer via SMS to a short number 1917 (0,30 BGN, including VAT, for all mobile operators - Vivatel, Mtel and Globul). The correct number of differences is 3 / three and the valid answers are 3 / three, without any other character or space.

The visuals with the 2 different images will be shown:

a) in magazines:
Journal – 10-Jul on the market.
The Woman Today – July issue, which will be on the market on 20-Jul.

b) subway:
poster in wagons – 2 posters in each wagon, equal to 80 posters; during June 30 th -July 28th
megaboards on the metro stations – 2 boards on each station, totally 14; during June 30 th -July 28th

(2)  The Participants at the Campaign have the right to win a maximum number of prizes that equals with the number of valid sent SMSs. Participants can send unlimited number of SMSs from the same number. The automatic selection will be daily at 12 o'clock, from the total valid SMSs sent during the previous 24-hour period (counted from 00:00:00 h to 23:59:59 h).

(3) In case persons who influence or facilitate the winning of prizes are found, the Organizer has the right to take the matter into a court of law with the existing evidences.

(4) The SMS message sent by the Participant is considered valid and will participate if it fulfills at the same time the next terms:

(4.1) The message contains only the correct number of differences between the 2 pictures, with no other sign or character. Correct answer is 3 / three;

(4.2) The SMS, containing the correct answer, is sent in the Campaign rolling period that is 1 st of July – 30 th of July 2008;

(5) THE CAMPAIGN MESSAGES - for each message sent in the Campaign rolling period, the Participant will receive an answer message via SMS which can have one of the following contents:

(5.1) In case the message is sent before the start of the Campaign, the SMS message will point out the Campaign rolling period: “The LENOR Campaign is available in the period 1. 07. 2008 – 30. 07. 2008. Send your answer in the LENOR campaign rolling period!”;

(5.2) In case the message is sent after the end date of the Campaign, the SMS message will point out the Campaign rolling period: “The LENOR Campaign ended on 30. 07. 2008. Thank you for you participation, we're expecting your participation at the following LENOR Campaigns”.

(5.3) In case the code that is sent in the Campaign rolling period is not valid (do not consist of the necessary sequence of signs, letters and numbers) the SMS message will read: “Incorrect answer! Send only answers consisting in a number only for participating to the LENOR Campaign!”

(5.4) In case the answer that is sent in the Campaign rolling period is wrong the SMS message will mention: “Wrong answer! For participating at LENOR Campaign, please send the right answer, consisting in a number only!”

(5.5) In case the sent code is valid and meets the conditions described in 5.2 and 5.4 Articles, the SMS message will confirm to the Participant that he/she sent a valid code : “Correct answer! You registered successfully to the LENOR campaign!”;

(5.6) In case the registration is successful and the Participant was also been drawn as winner of an instant prize he will also receive the message: “You won a prize from LENOR! Keep the message and we'll contact you in 48 hours for more information.”;

(5.8) The winning SMSs will be drawn automatically, by a programme, according to Art.7, every day during the period of the Campaign. The automatic selection will be done only from the correct answers received.

Art. 6 Prizes

(1) During the period of the Campaign, a number of 30 sets of prizes will be given, each set consisting in the following:

- 2 towels
- one inflatable mattress
- one inflatable beach ball

(2) It will not be given the equivalent in BGN for any of the above mentioned prizes and it will not be allowed to change their features.

Art. 7 Drawing of Prizes

During this promotion the prizes will be given as follows:

(1) The instant prizes will be given to the participants by a program which will draw a number of 1 (one) prize at the end of every day during the Campaign rolling period. The winning SMS will be extracted amongst all numbers that provided the correct answer, collected during the last twenty-four-hour period, daily, automatically, after the following device: it will be chosen winner, automatically, at 12 o'clock every day, for the numbers collected during the previous twenty-four-hour period (counted from 00:00:00h to 23:59:59h of each date between 1 st July and 30 st July 2008) .

(2) If it will be unallocated prizes during one campaign day because of independent organizational reasons, these will be reported and will be reassigned for the following promotion days.

(3) there will be drawn 3 back-ups for each winner, in case the winner cannot get in the possession of the prize. The back-ups need to be different phone numbers from the winning phone number.

Art. 8 Validation conditions

For a Participant to be validated as a winner, he/ she must fulfill the following conditions, simultaneously:

(1) To preserve the requirements pointed out in Art. 5 of this Regulation;

(2) To send at least one SMS with the right answer of the puzzle to a short number 1917 ( price 0, 30 BGN , including VAT, for all mobile operators – Vivatel, Mtel and Globul) during the Campaign rolling period – 00:00:00 h of 1 st July – 23:59:59h of 30 st July 2008.

(3) Pursuant to this Regulation, the Participant who accomplishes all conditions above is validated as winner, even if he's not the owner of the used number for entering in the competition, under the conditions accomplished from section 9 below.

(4) The valid winning SMSs can be canceled in the following situation: The winner can not be reached within 48 hours on his telephone number in order for his data to be taken and the prize to be delivered; if winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, another number will be automatically chosen from the 3 back-ups.

(5) The Organizer will not give any kind of compensation to the Participants that have won something and are not accomplishing the Regulation requests.

Art. 9 Awarding procedure

(1) After an allocation of an instant prize, the winner will be contacted in a period of 48 hours by a representative of the Organizer who will enquire about his/ her name, surname, address, ID number and phone number. Personal data will be collected only for the purpose of this SMS raffle.

(2) The Participants that won prizes must give the personal data (name, surname, full address , ID number and phone number) when he's contacted by the Organizer for validation.

(3) After the validation, the prizes will be sent by courier (against a signature) in terms of 30 working days from the winners contacting date and getting all the necessary data for sending the prize. The winner is not due to pay any additional taxes for the prize delivery.

(4) If the winners of an instant prize will not agree to give the required personal data, they will loose any rights over the prizes. The next 3 withdrawn participants will be contacted, in the order of the automatic selection.

(5) If by any reason that do not depend on the Organizer's willing, the Participants whose SMSs have been drawn as winning by the announced Campaign closing date is not identified and validated, they will loose any right over the prizes. The prizes that thus will not be given will remain the Organizer's property which will not owe any compensation to the mentioned Participants.

Art. 10 Personal Information Data

(1) By taking part in this Campaign, the Participants confirm acknowledging the official Regulation and express their consent in this respect.

(2) By taking part in this Campaign, the Participants give their consent regarding the inclusion of their personal information in the Organizer's data base, organised on the duration of the Campaign, for the purpose of announcing the winners.

(3) The purpose of this data base consists of organising the Campaign. By taking part in this campaign, the winners give their consent for their personal data to be included in the Organizer's data base organized for announcing the winners of the promotion. The personal data of the winners will be archived for statistic and accounting reasons.

(4) The Organiser binds themselves not to use the personal data of the participants in other purposes than those presented above and not to reveal the personal data of the participants to third parties.

(5) The rights of the participants in this campaign, are guaranteed by the law on the protection of personal data on the protection of persons concerning the personal data processing and the free movement of such data, especially the following rights:

- the right of access to the data;
- the right of intervention on the data;
- the right to object.

Any participant can exercise these rights by sending a written request to Grey Bulgaria, with headquarters in 23 Mizia Str., 2 nd fl., 1124 Sofia , Bulgaria .

(6) Any participant has the right to request, in writing, by means of a letter addressed to the Organiser mentioned above, the exclusion from the data base of the latter; the Organiser binds itself to stop processing the personal data of the petitioner.

Art. 11 Ending the Campaign before the Official Term

(1) The Campaign may cease before the official term, because of an event constituting a case of force majors, as well as in the cases when the Organizer can no longer continue the Campaign, as per the conditions in Art. 2.2.

(2) To situations presented in art. 11, paragraph (1) are added the acts of public power of a competitive court of justice or of another competitive public authority.

(3) In the situations specified in art. 11, paragraphs (1) and (2), the Organiser has no further obligation to the Participants, regarding the refund of a sum of money or the payment of a sum of money as compensation or other similar case. Ending the Campaign before the official ending term is to be made public through the means specified in art. 1, paragraph (3).

Art. 12 Litigations and Applicable Law

(1) The eventual litigations occurred between the Organiser on one hand, and any of the Participants, on the other hand, shall resolve amiably or, in case this will not be possible, the litigations shall be resolved by the competitive court of justice in Bulgaria , according to the common law.

(2) The applicable law will be the Bulgarian law.

Art. 13 Responsibility

(1) The Organiser reserves the right to end the Campaign before the mentioned date (July 30 th 2008). In these circumstances, the Organiser is bound:

- to announce in public the end of the Campaign with minimum 24 hours in advance (through any media channels or Internet sites presented in art. 1, paragraph 3)
- after making this announcement, the participants shall be able to send SMSs to the Organiser only until the date the Organiser shall announce in case the Campaign is ended before the mentioned date (July 30 th 2008)

(2) The Organiser does not take responsibility for:

- SMS sent after July 30th 2008
- SMSs which were sent to a wrong short number
- SMSs which were not sent because of technical problems caused by the mobile phone network operator.
- Incorrect response
- incorrect personal data given

(3) Should a dispute arise over the validity of a participating SMS, the Organiser's decision shall be definitive.

(4) All legal appeals which shall be received shall be taken into consideration if they are sent until July 30 th 2008.

Art. 14 The Copies of the Official Regulation

The official Regulation has been drafted in 4 (four) original copies, from which the Organiser has been handed 2 (two) original copies.
