“Participating in the IDS Challenge has been one of the most enriching experiences I have ever had. It has been a great opportunity for me to be able to work and learn alongside extremely well prepared students with such different backgrounds but yet so many things in common. I would have never thought I would meet and make friends with so many fantastic people in one week, including the trainers, IDS managers and new hires.
