Employee Services and Employee Relations Assistant

The Employee Services and Employee Relations (ES & ER) Assistant is a key contributor to P&G HR department services.

The Employee Services and Employee Relations (ES & ER) Assistant is a key contributor to P&G HR department services. He/she will also supervise all Relocation processes. Further, the job holder is responsible for all ES&ER policies and compliance with Labour legislation for the Haircare plant in Urlati.


Job responsibilities:
Is responsible that HR policies and procedures are up to date, legally compliant, observed by all users and deployed
Coordinates the administration of the HR database so that it is 100% accurate and internal clients are satisfied
Ensures full compliance with Labour law requirements (personnel files, vacation scheduling, Internal Regulation, collective contracts).
Administrates and operates the Employee Data IT applications HR (Reports, Schedules)
Administrates all Employee Relations matters for Romanian employees (hiring, termination, work safety, Labor Office, etc.)
Administrates all Employee Relations matters for Expats (relocation processes)
Organizes internal/external HR events, in terms of logistics, materials multiplication, etc. Monitors legislation changes and highlights the main changes
Is responsible for communication to employees on administrative changes

Job requirements: - University degree or College (3 years) graduate;
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office, database, Intranet)
- Organization and project management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Specific knowledge of labour legislation is a plus.
