P&G Business Week
April 2004

Anca Ramona Gruita:
"Looking back on it now, I guess P&G Business Week was unique not only as an event organized by people with a lot of experience and passionate of their work, passing over a lot of valuable information, but also as an opportunity to work very intensively in a new team so as come up with a valid output. Indeed, it was a very challenging experience, a great chance to surpass myself and actually to make the most of this vivid picture of the P&G way of being."

Bogdan Grigorescu:
"For me the Business Week has been a very interesting experience because of the insight into the company given to me by the P&G staff. I was impressed by the great care given by the company to improving the life of the consumers. It helped me in determining my limits in what regards working under pressure in an international, multi-cultural environment. Last but not least I had a lot of fun and I gained new great friends coming from a variety of backgrounds in all the Balkan countries."

Yoanna Nestorova:
"The P&G Business Week 2004 was what actually made me want to be a part of this company. It was mostly the P&G people that impressed me so much: the enthusiastic, open-minded, smart people who worked with us. Also, it seemed to me that P&G has the finest selection process: I felt an immediate closeness and some similarity with most students I worked with. Of course parts of the seminar were tough: such as working till late at night, but the feeling that you completed your task successfully was rewarding."

Ana Maria Palade:
"During these four days I learned a lot of new things: about people, about a team formed by people from different cultures, about how helpful can be this when you act in a multinational market, about the functionality of P&G`s departments, about P&G`s people and, very important, about designing a marketing plan for launching a product. It was a very interesting week, full of work and fun at the same time."

Ana Costea:
"BCS is a unique opportunity you shouldn't hesitate to take! For me it meant being continuously challenged, learning to get the best out of a multicultural team, enhancing strategic thinking and especially getting in touch with P&G people. It helped me make a clear idea about how my future career should look like."

Raluca Butnaru:
"P&G Business Week has definitely been one of the most challenging experiences in my life...so far! What does it basically mean? Meeting lots of people, learning many new things and, above all, getting lots and lots of experience!!! If you have ever thought what team work means or what is working under pressure, having strict deadlines, delivering quality results mean, think again and try this experience. It is definitely worth it!!!!!"
